Linda Gantt
I was born and raised in downtown Atlanta. I have lived in Cobb County for a long time, now living in Dallas, GA. My husband passed away with ALS in May 2018. I am now ready to get along with my life. I would like to meet someone who is a gentleman; affectionate; appearance conscience; enjoys travel; fine dining as well as relaxing at home with a movie; concerts; movies; and dancing. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and gardening. I have a daughter and son and four grandchildren. I am close to my family, and we spend a lot of time together. Well, this is basically me.
Was raised in the Baptist Church. After husband’s death went to the Grieving Classes at Johnson Ferry and started going to the Sunday morning worship services. Have not gotten established in Dallas but watch the services on line. Don’t know how I would have survived without the Lord these past years. My husband had a form of ALS known as PLS, and his last years were hard. We had been married 57 years. Very familiar with Huntsville. I have a friend who once lived there. I have been to the Atlanta Speedway and rode in a race car several times around the track. Now I am trying to adjust to Dallas. I am a “city girl” and really miss all the conveniences I had in East Cobb. Not looking for a commitment. Would like to meet someone to share time with. Still enjoy movies, concerts, plays, day trips, and eating out as well as a meal at home. I pay attention to my appearance, even though I am now 80. Oh my gosh, how time flies.
